Claiming your profile

If a profile is yours, open it and choose Claim this profile. We give you a short code to place in your bio on the platform; that is how we confirm you control the account.

Removing or correcting a profile

On any profile, choose Remove it. You do not need an account or any proof. You can ask us to remove the profile entirely, correct wrong details, or keep the profile but take it off the map.

Safety removals are immediate

If you select a safety reason, we hide the profile from search and the map right away, before any review. It stays hidden while we look into it.

What we keep

We log the request and its status so we can act on it and show we did. We ask for an email only so we can reply, and only if you choose to give one.
