Remove a Profile
Last updated 2026-08-09
You do not need an account, you do not have to prove who you are, and there is nothing to pay. This form works with JavaScript turned off or blocked, and it files the same request the button on the profile page does.
Ask for a removal
What happens next
A safety concern hides the profile from search and the map the moment the request arrives — before anyone has read it. Every other reason is queued and a person looks at it within 24 hours; the profile stays visible until then, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.
Leaving an email is optional and only used to tell you what we decided. We do not publish it and we do not add it to anything.
You can also ask for less than removal
Keep the profile, remove it from the map is a listed reason and it is meant seriously. Being findable and being locatable are different things, and wanting only the second one undone is a normal request, not a compromise.
If it is yours and you want to keep it
You can take control of it instead: see claiming a profile. Both options are offered on equal terms.
Reporting somebody else's profile
This page is for asking about a profile you are named in. To report content as unlawful or unsafe — including a person who may be under 18 — use the report page. It reaches the same queue with the same priority.
Reaching a person
Email hello@lustatlas.com. Safety reports are handled first, and a removal request never needs to be paid for or argued for.
