Hi, I’m Crissie I want to start by saying thank you so much for taking a moment to listen to my story. I know it might be hard for some to believe, but I am sharing this with complete honesty not for attention, but to let you know who I truly am.

I am a woman who chose her siblings over herself. When my parents pas away, I knew immediately that I had to shoulder the heavy responsibilities and obligations waiting for me.

Back when I was a student, I was always called a "good student." I loved learning, but I had to make the difficult choice to stop my studies to take care of my siblings. As time went by, I tried to find traditional jobs, but it was so hard to be hired because I hadn't finished my study.

Being a breadwinner is my reality. Working here is how I survive and how I provide for my siblings’ daily needs, especially their education. Even though I wasn't given the chance to finish my own schooling, it brings me so much joy to know that I am helping them build a better future. I’ve realized that if a education wasn't meant for me, then perhaps this path is where I am meant to be.

I know the nature of this work involves showing my body, and I do so because I must. But I still hope to gain your respect as a person and a provider.

I want to end by saying that no matter how hard life gets, you must always believe in yourself. Love yourself, have courage, and always be kind.
