It disciplines, strengthens and gives that very inner support that is felt even in the gaze. After training, I am not just stronger physically - I am calmer, more collected and more harmonious.
And I’m also... a little quiet 🙈 Yes, in a new company I can be shy and watch from the sidelines. But that's just for now. When I’m near my people or my favorite thing, I blossom. And then that same sense of purpose awakens in me, which leads me forward.
