Hi! I’m a girl who lives for fitness and loves breathing in fresh air. I spend my days at the gym doing strength training, or in the park with friends, enjoying their company. My favorite park overlooks a pond where ducks swim. I love feeding them. My favorite exercises are squats and lunges. They say they work wonders. I’m also obsessed with coffee with cinnamon after a workout. It’s my little secret to recovery. As for what I do in the evenings… that’ll stay my little secret 🌙 I watch my diet carefully because I love my body and know that if I keep it up, it’ll thank me in the future.😉 But tonight I’m not here to count calories—I’m here to make your heart beat faster. P.S. I’m one of those people who never skips breakfast and is always smiling, even after an intense workout. I bet you won’t be able to resist this 😏
