Dixie

I don't really do small talk — I'd rather talk about the questions that actually keep you up at night. I've always been the type who asks "why" one too many times, who can't just accept an answer without turning it over first. Some people find that exhausting; I find it's the only way to feel actually alive. I split my time between things that ground me and things that set my mind on fire — long walks with no destination, books that wreck my whole worldview, conversations that go somewhere unexpected at 2am. I'm not interested in performing certainty I don't have. I'd rather sit in the mess of a real question than fake having it figured out. If you're someone who thinks depth is more interesting than comfort, who'd rather chase a good idea than settle for a safe one — I think you'll get me pretty fast.
